An Inside Look At The Lg Slim Env2 Mobile Phone

There have been several phones which came out to the market in the past year, some were small, others were fully loaded with features, other were all about the looks and so on; today's review describes a mobile phone which has several features and one noticeable disadvantage, lets take an inside look at the Verizon LG Slim enV2.

The enV2 is clearly the successor of the LG enV2, is has an exquisite design which has become somewhat standard after the iPhone hit the market and it is also loaded with features which have been put together in order to make it work with Verizon's famous V CAST music and video system, this device also has Bluetooth

capabilities, it has an integrated VZ Navigator, dual speakers and even a 2 Megapixel camera which produces better pictures than previous mobile phones which only featured internal cameras with resolutions up to 1.33 megapixels.

One of the most prominent features is the large Qwerty keypad featured on this phone, however the main disadvantage lies in the fact that the exterior screen is somewhat small, to compensate LG has placed an internal screen which is quite large (2.4 inches) along with a full keypad especially designed to send text messages and access the web. Since this mobile phone is meant to be released in the US market it is equipped with a VZ navigator which is a service which provides audible turn by turn navigation.

In addition, the enV2 has wireless sync email capabilities which make it very convenient for those who like to keep in touch with their friends, family and co-workers at all times; it is also compatible with IM services such as AIM, Yahoo messenger and the WL messenger. The device is also able to playback music files in different formats which include: MP3, WMA and AAC. Extra music and video files can be stored in a memory card using the expansion slot, the video portion of this mobile phone is compatible with files encoded in WMV, MPEG4 and 3GP formats; they can be played back on it's internal screen at resolutions of 320X240 or 176X144 pixels (320x240 is the most popular one.

Overall the LG enV2 is a nicely designed mobile phone which has many features which for the most part appeal to those who use multimedia files on the go.
